With a decade of experience at the intersection of people experience and social impact, he has led initiatives that connect talent to purpose across both non-profit and private sectors, building strategic programs from the ground up. Daniel's diverse background, spanning small businesses, non-profits, and international settings, equips him with a unique perspective centered on creatively building inclusive and meaningful workplace experiences.

Daniel earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing and Human Resources from Marquette University. Professionally, his work has taken him around the globe supporting start-ups locally, international teams, and programs in the non-profit sector (with a focus on Central America). Daniel is bilingual in English and Spanish.
